Honoring long-term employees at RT-Systemtechnik on November 8th
Employees from development, production, sales and administration who have worked at RT for 10, 15 and 20 years respectively were honored.
In his laudation, CEO Ralf Tiemann pointed out the importance of commitment and experience as the foundation of success. “Long-term employees at RT-Systemtechnik GmbH are the cornerstones of the development and success of our company. Their knowledge, passion and tireless work make a decisive contribution to ensuring that we continue to flourish and constantly develop.” The achievements of the individual employees were appropriately recognized with a certificate, vouchers and presents.
As there were two employee birthdays this year, this was taken as an opportunity to congratulate them again. Afterwards, all employees were treated to a lavish buffet and drinks of their choice.
